DAMAGED CAN - 1st photo - ID # 2nd photo - crack at back corner - water collects causing mosquito breeding issues / 3rd photo - bar for lifting can is missing 4th photo - sample of amount of trash left after trash pickup yesterday 9/26 - since can cannot be lifted and dumped the fellows pull out what they can leaving X-amount each pickup Wasn't sure what COR Utility Account Number was so put in water / solid waste account # from last bill. This account is in my wife's name - Dana DuMont
