Description

We’ve got so many many new businesses in Manchester right across from apartments but no safe way to cross the street. To help both pedestrians and drivers we should put a crosswalk!

    Crosswalks alone are not sufficient for Hull Street. Traffic must be controlled with signals to create gaps for people to safely cross. A traffic signal with pedestrian signals and crosswalks is at planned at Hull and 5th St.
