Description
Caller says that Asphalt in the street in front of his driveway. Due to the excess water running , the street has been washed away at the end of Citizen's driveway. Due to this, its striping and tearing the bottom of his car when he exits and enters the driveway. He says that he has been trying to get this fixed for over a year per previous request DPW000096340, and the issue has gotten worse.
