Description
This light is POINTLESS. 10th is closed in one direction and there is never any traffic coming from either direction on 10th. This light is way too long for 10th, slowing traffic on Leigh for absolutely no reason. I get stopped at this light almost every single time I take Leigh, but there’s no other viable way into the city from the east end. It feels like an intentional impediment to deter people from coming into the city. Shorten it or put it on a sensor.
