Description

Stump left behind after tree was cut over a year ago. I put an order in and it was removed. Sidewalk needs to be paved so the stump is in the way. The side walk in not handicapped accessible and there is a handicap resident in my home. This is a liability for the city if they get hurt on the city unpaved sidewalk
