Description
Please see DPW000116712 - marked complete. Temp patch was made, underlying problem not addressed. Now there is a drop or lowering of the pavement extending the width of the right hand east bound lane and into the left hand lane as well, as the underlayment continues to collapse. City liability for front end alignment damage and consequences exists, as it is a sudden drop and is substantial in depth. As I said before - city guidance says the entire roadway must be replaced from curb to curb.
