Description
lives in the Fan; in the alley there's cobblestone but some of the alley needs to be repaired some of the cobblestones are sunken in or missing. She notice that there's seems to always be water standing in the holes missing or sunken in. Caller states it's the alley between Monument, Park, Allison and Meadow.
