- System · September 28, 2022for Citizen called about supercan request---he spoke with Eric-dpw did service request for 2 additional cans and agreed to 55 dollars for each can. Cans weren’t delivered and comments were entered on service request. Citizen is requesting a supervisor from DPW to followup with him because he is not sure why he was told by Eric everything is okay and he doesn’t understand the comments he can view on the service request.--sent a request to have supervisor followup
