Description
I've noticed this later at night, around or after midnight. Westbound traffic on Broad is stopped on red at Thompson, but the left turn signal allows drivers to turn left. At the same time, eastbound traffic on Broad St. still has a green light for approximately 5 seconds. Anyone turning left from westbound on Broad could be t-boned by a car legally going through the same intersection eastbound on Broad.
