Please gravel and re-grade alley between 110 N Strawberry st and the carriage house that belongs to 2301 Grove Ave. One way alley access from the right of 110 N Strawberry st that leads to dead end. Needs to be re-graded away from 110 N Strawberry St and towards Strawberry St
