Description

Several layers of asphalt exist and several areas the asphalt is missing down to stone base. Stone continues to erode/wash away everytime it rains. Also the alley entrance off Harvie Street is totally gone, the curb/gutter damaged missing, the brick sidewalk/apron missing right up to the failed asphalt in the alley
