Description
This is a new utility account which the city is invoicing me a Solid Waste Charge of $22.45/month yet will not provide me a trash can!!! Who do I need to call? Should I stop paying the $22.45 until the city delivers me a trash can? Form os asking for a replacement reason. This is not a replacement request. There was no can here when I moved in!!
