Description
The amount of traffic in that intersection is very high due to Stella’s Restaurant and will increase when their market is expanded soon. No one knows what to do at that intersection & it is hard to see as people park so close to the corner. Lafayette & Franklin has a 4 way stop so it would follow suit with them. There are many kids & elderly people crossing right at these streets due to both the neighborhood and the Lafeyette shops. This would help improve safety and walkability in the area.

All all-way stopsmust meet the warrants in the MUTCD. The intersection of Lafayette and Wythe does not meet the conditions set forth in the MUTCD for an all-way stop.
