Description
The street is in very poor condition on West Franklin Street, specifically between the cross streets of Chantilly street and Westmoreland. There is a sign up stating "warning; the street may cause damage to your car or whiplash". It is very uneven, and there are many unaddressed potholes/filled pot holes that make driving on it very unsafe, and unsafe for children/pedestrians.
