Description

There is no ramp on the sidewalk on Noble Ave leading to Ladies Mile. There was a ramp installed on the opposite (east) side of Noble, but the west side of the sidewalk is without a ramp - there is only a patch of grass between the existing sidewalk and Ladies Mile. It was marked with an X several months ago, but seems to have been forgotten.
