Description

Patterson Ave between Libbie Ave and Three Chopt needs either more traffic enforcement or traffic calming infrastructure. There is a lot of pedestrian activity in these neighborhoods but cars routinely go above the 35 mile limit. This should be part of Richmond Vision Zero goal

    I advised a RPD Lieutenant on your speeding concern on Patterson between Libbie and Three Chopt. Traffic calming such as speed tables are not planned on this strategic route used by emergency vehicles.
