Description
Large tree is completely dead and leaning toward apartment building; branches are also over the street; the tree is several feet away from major electrical wiring; it is definitely a hazardous tree and should be removed; cannot determine if it is on apartment property or the next door neighbor; it ,any be on the boundary line so jointly owned; it is several feet away from the street.
