Description

Dual parking signs on Wesbound side of 100's block of E. Leigh St (between 2nd and 1st) are completely blocked by a tree. Signs either need to be moved or tree pruned for visibility. Also, there is a "No Parking" sign missing from the 2nd St. end of this block.
