Description

Not sure where to put this. Repairs are underway in the south/east bound lane. The north/west bound lane is unaffected - at least at this point. Could the north/west bound lane be opened, with barriers placed down the middle to facilitate two way traffic? The current detour is creating horrendous traffic delays.
