Description

Tree to the left of 4710 Grove when looking at house toward 4712 Grove. Limbs are dangerous, hanging over roadway and some limbs resting on each other. Tree needs to be removed, but limbs pose an imminent threat to roadway and pedestrians and should be removed immediately
