Description

Citizen states, that she lives in Highland Springs and commuting to Forest Ave at Henrico Hospital, there is a traffic light between Chamberlyne Ave and Laburnum Ave. Citizen would like our Engineers to check that traffic light. Specifically, during the morning hours of commute.
