Description

Vegetation from 3218 Chamberlayne Ave is blocking the walkway. Some of the biggest offending branches have been snapped back by citizens with no other option, but the bulk of the overgrowth remains. It is right at a GRTC bus stop. There are multiple people in the 3200 block of Chamberlayne with limited mobility.
