Description
she states her supercans have been damaged by dpw repeatedly causing her to have to have them replaced. she has a borrowed supercan from a neighbor she is using temporarily until the replacement arrives. she doesn't feel she should have to pay for supercans dpw is intentionally damaging at collection which she has also spoken to them about .
