Description

There's a daily street traffic problem on Park Ave between Roseneath and Nansemond. School buses for Albert Hill Middle line up twice a day for a total of at least an hour and don't allow any cars to pass, including all cars that are street parked. This is a problem for all residents w/ parked cars, since there are zero signs or times marked for when to expect buses. Are the buses allowed to block residential street parking like this?? There are no signs, cones, crossing guards, crosswalks, etc.

    Called Mr. O'Connor. Left message. I have observed drop on two occasion. I did not see an issue. The buses pull up, drop off, and pull away. If they say a little longer gathering themselves, they remainon the curb with the lights off.
