Ms. Jihan Ramadan called back for follow up. While DPW assigned Cityworks Id: 48218 to the request, there is a follow up note dated 9/21/22 there are no Urban Forestry related issues there. The issue is that directly in front of the home there is a mound or stump underneath that would require stump grinding and subsequent removal.
