Description

With all of the growth in Manchester on Hull St, there needs to be no parking signs to accommodate the flow of traffic at all times. Traffic bottlenecks on hull street and cars ALWAYS park on the street when there are clear signs that say no parking. JUST make it no parking at all so that traffic can flow properly.
