Description

There appear to be no readilly visible 25 MPH signs along Patterson between Willow Lawn & Hampstead. The two 25 MPH signs I did see were (1) mostly and (2) completely obscured by tree limbs. This is an extremely busy area with lots of shops & pedestrians and people always speed
