Description
Cars excessively speed down Clay Street daily (in both directions) passed Abner Clay Park where there are constant young children playing/crossing the street. There is a daycare on the corner, as well as Stop Light Gelato Cafe, that increase the foot traffic of young children crossing the street. Additionally, the gates do not shut to the park, increasing opportunity for young children to run out. There is also zero cautionary street signage detailing the park to oncoming traffic.
