Description
School(J.L. Francis) have cones placed in the street to keep parents from pulling up on the grass, but it creates a hazard for people driving by. She now has to pull up on opposite side of the road to drop off son at his bus top, and he has to walk across her car. It creates a safety hazard because her she says her cause someone to get hit.
