Description

Consider changing the signal head from Stony Point Southbound left onto Chippenham Pkwy to be a flashing yellow arrow to allow movement during through green phase. During rush hour traffic making this movement backs up. There is little opposing traffic, low speeds, and adequate sight distance. The light to Chippenham Pkwy northbound already allows this movement.
