Description

This will be my 3rd Request in the past 2-3 years. My curb/ asphalt is literally decompsoing in front of my home. I continue to pick up sections of asphalt, there is now a hole 48" deep in my gutter and partially on the road. I have videos and measurments. I constantly have growth (Bushes,weeds,vegitation) coming thru the holes and crack in the gutter.. that hole (48" deep) could cause serious damage to a person. I need Help. How do I get a response to my request? Thank you,
