Description

The citizen is handicapped and needs to have concrete placed from the edge of his property to the street. All other homes on the block have this slab/walkway. He has to have his wheelchair pushed over to the neighbors so he can safely access transportation. . If his chair is pushed in the grass it may fall over. There is handicap ramp that goes to his home.
