Description
There does not seem to be enough trash cans at this RCHA building. The excessive trash is placed on the ground and is not picked up on trash day. Trash is then blown allover the street. I see one trash bins, 2 recycle bins; all filled with trash bags. There must be 8 bags along the side of the bins and trash everywhere. This is has been a problem for several months.
