Description
The roadway has settled several inches on the north side of the street west from the intersection with with Honaker about 75 feet. This is causing standing water and organic debris collection in the roadway. Needs to be milles to the aubgrade and have new base and topping installed with correct slope for drainage to drop inlets at the corner of Kensington and Honaker. Problem has not been addressed prior to the asphalt plants shutting down for the winter. Concerned this area will turn into an ice hazard again this winter. Please have the roadway engineer come out and look at this. The road has settled sufficiently that the next event is likely to be an asphalt collapse as the subgrade is probably eroded. Reallly needs to be fully removed, new fill placed and compacted and fresh base and topping applied with proper to the inlet.
