Description

A trash can at a bus stop is OVERFLOWING with trash. It has been this way for weeks-maybe months. The trash can does not have a liner in it, yet the trash contijues to pile up. Not only is this unsightly, it is a health and safety hazzard because all kinds of rodents eat from there. Please correct this as soon as possible.
