Description
My trash was collected today. The super can is very old and the lid does not stay attached to the hinge. Every week when trash is collected, the lid either falls off onto the ground or into the truck. The employees in the past have replaced the lid when they drove off. Today the lid fell off inside the truck and the men drove off. Now I have an old beat up supercan with no lid. With raccoons, opossums, and rain now able to have free access I need some guidance on what to do.
