Description

Westbound lane of Grove had large steel plate left instead of being paved when new asphalt was being applied in Spring 2022. Plate was recently removed and roadway patched. City regulations require repaving from curb to curb. Additionally, a sink hole, reported separately in the eastbound lane, directly across Grove, was patched, but not actually excavated/disturbed in order to perform sublayer repair. That needs to be excavated and repaved 'curb to curb' as well.
