Description
There are two traffic signals on Jahnke Rd, one at Hioaks and one coming out of Chippenham hospital that are very close to one another but are not in sync at all. When waiting for the green light at Hioaks, the Chippenham light will be green then turn to red as the light at Hioaks turns green. Not only does this cause traffic to back up at the intersection of Janhke and Hioaks, but it also works against the flow in both directions and has played a part in several accidents in this area. I
