Description
We live on this street. We raise kids on this street. It fills with other peoples’s trash every day and no one comes to clean it up. We try, but are overwhelmed. Much of the trash runs down the slope to a toxic little pond that smells terrible and is surely taking years off of our lives. Just send regular cleaning crews. Put up a sign. Then put up a camera. This isn’t that hard to fix, but Richmond refuses to take action because they think we are poor and don’t matter.
