litter I'm trying to submit a request for a residential trash can replacement but the system always says "oops something went wrong" so it is impossible to submit the request. I submitted this request to see if anything could be submitted via RVA311. Can you let me know how to submit a request for a trash can, given that RVA311 does not appear to work. Thanks.
