Description
Impedes foot traffic. This alley, north of Concord, has not been cut back for months even tho it was requested already and my request is marked as completed. It has not been completed. There are plant dangerous to dogs not to mention the growth encourages ticks and mosquitos. There's also a large mine of dirt dumped illegally and blocking the alley. And i should have right of way to that alley, to access the rear of my property but the city put a lock on it, which is fine but i want a key.
