Description
I've lived on Waxford Road for 9 years and the street has never been resurfaced in all that time. The street is in bad shape — very uneven and littered with potholes. On 8/18/2022, a crew patched up a couple of spots (near Huguenot), but they left and never returned, leaving A LOT of the road untouched. Waxford Road's pavement is listed as "26-40 Very Poor" (SEE: https://tinyurl.com/rva-pavement & screenshot). WAXFORD ROAD NEEDS TO BE RESURFACED! Please! When will this happen?
