Description

There is significant damage done to the sidewalk on the south side of Rockbridge Street. The damage is very clearly caused by 18 wheeled tractor trailers who deliver shipments of construction materials to loading dock the business at 1801 Roseneath Rd, Richmond, VA 23230. (Picture attached) The section of sidewalk that's severely damaged is seen at the driver's side of this tractor trailer.
