Description

there is an easement behind my yard and my neighbors yard (106 and 108 s lombardy) for the houses on cary st to bring their trash to Parkwood. They are not using trash cans and just dumping garbage all around. Continues to be an issue every week and attracts excessive bugs and creates an unwalkable sidewalk.
