Description

City came out broke sidewalk up last year. I've been waiting on a tree removal since last year and this matter is causing a problem. I can't have the Retaining walls replaced until the city completes their work. This has been going on for a few years. I have an handicap tenant that can't use the Front interest due to this problem.
