Description

I submitted a ticket for this light a week ago, and while it was marked as complete, it still has issues. The protected left is NOT turning green at certain times of day. I tried the light two days in a row last week at 7AM, and I sat through multiple cycles before either dangerously cutting into the straight lane at the last second or just running it. The light seems to work fine later in the day. I stopped using this light, but noticed others caught there this morning.
