Description

Large limbs cross utility lines, the road and the house. Tree often drops large limbs. One large limb that crosses the road appears to have a crack where the limb meets the trunk. Unsafe dying tree. The tree is dying and appears to be deteriorating a a fast pace than in the previous three years when the city sent a crew to cut a cracked limb overhanging power lines. Now another limb is cracked and the tree is further diseased. All limos have dead tips.

Contacted Citizen and advised tree was investigated on August 25th and added to removal list - completion should be by end of this fiscal year. He did mention that another large limb has fallen and is hung up in the tree and is unsafe if it were to dislodge.
