Description

2800 block of 4th avenue NEEDS speed bumps right. There is no stop sign at Victor and 4th and stop signs dont mean ANYTHING if there is no enforcement anyway. This is the second time our PARKED car has been hit by a speeding driver within the last year, and many of my neighbors have had their cars hit too. People fly up and down 4th Ave in cars and dirt bikes and blow through stop signs. Speed bumps are a reasonable response to this and ive requested this before and was denied.
