Description

Berkshire apartment tenants and others have been disposing of their trash and personal items like furniture, in the alley way of Berkshire Apartments and Davis Market. The overabundance of trash has accumlated after Berkshire Apartments removed their dumpsters. We have had 90% of the trash and boxes placed into large, black trash bags to allow for an easier pick up.
