Description

Moore St has no stop signs southbound from Roseneath to Arthur Ashe Blvd. As a resident who walks regulalry, cars speed down Moore St and there are zero speed controls. This roads needs to be slowed down for safety.

    ll all-way stops must meet the warrants in the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). The intersections on Marshall between Roseneath the Arthur Ashe Blvd do not meet the traffic conditions.
